I just wanted to share an article i read witch is very interesting for any bodybuilder looking for better gains.

First off, melatonin is known as a sleep aid product, it has been found beficial for those who ar egetting occasionnal sleepessness, Study dosage for promoting sleep range from 0.3 to 5 milligrams. We all know about the importance of recovery from exercises, taking metalonin 30 minutes before going to bed will not only make you sleep faster, it will make enter a deep sleep longer improving muscle recovery.

One very interesting but unknown benefit of metabolin is its effects on growth hormone levels. Boosting GH level before and after training provides multitudes of benefits for budybuilders. Scientists tested the cominasion of weight training with melatonin supplementation on 6 active college-aged men and women, the found that the gh level rised before during and after the workout! witch means greater and faster gains in muscles mass and strenght.

Another interesting fact here is its fat fighting proprieties, take the supplement before training and you'll also get the antioxidant benefits of the supplement, it protects muscle cell membranes from exercie-induced free radical damage, witch increase fatigue and limit the amount of reps you can acheive. Melatonin counter negative effects of free radicals in two ways, neutrlizing free radicals, and by stimulation the activity of natural antioxidant enzymes. And it helps to matain the glycogen level during intense training increasing usage of fat stores.

Melatonin wont get you sleepy if you take it 60 min before training.a study didn't find any difference in how difficult was a training in 2 groups, where 1 group took placebo and the other took 2.5 mg 75 min before the exercises. They even got to give 5mg 3 hours before the training and no decrease in performance were noted, thought reduced alertness effects were noted.

I suggere to take 0.5 to 5 mg 30-60 minutes before training too boost up your gains, one of the best thing about this product is it's price, I just got 360 caps of 3mg/cap for 20 $ !!

J'attends les bouteilles pour cette semaine, jvais donner des feedback quand j'aurai tester le produit, mais d'apres les etudes tu ne devrais pas te sentir plus fatiguer, ce produit comme ils expliquais, a besoin de quelques facteur physique et psycologique pour etre efficace coter sommeil, comme l'immertion dans le noir, le fait d'etre a la fin de sa journee quand on prend le produit, la volontée de dormir, le moment de la journée,... Le melatonin peu stimuler un meilleur sommeil mais ce nest pas un somnifere, voila la difference ;)
